Can I purchase only the training /supplements separately
We believe that these two approaches are most effective when used in conjunction. Our supplements tackle specific neurological imbalances, while our Mynd gym section has specific breathwork exercises that strengthen the nervous system. As a result, we currently do not offer them for sale as separate items.
Does it work with psychiatric treatment?
